The 2022 Open Morris Annual General Meeting will take place at 2pm on Sunday November 20th, online via Zoom.

Attendance at the Zoom meeting is limited therefore you MUST Register your intention to attend in advance.

You will be able to register up to three Zoom logins for your team (two or more people sharing a Zoom login do not need to register separately). Registration details will be sent out no later than 23rd October.

Our Archivist Lally MacBeth will be stepping down at this AGM, and in addition we have vacancies for a  Publicity Co-ordinator and East Midlands Area Representative. We’d love to hear from anyone who would be interested in these roles within the team. These posts are appointed by the committee and do not require formal nomination.  Please do get in touch if you would like any more information about any of the above roles.

The rest of the OM team are happy to continue in post. Any new Officer nominations for any committee posts must be proposed and seconded by two OM Members, one of which must be a Member side, and nominations must be submitted by the nominating Members. Anyone being nominated must be aware of and consent to their nomination.

Any nominations, or motions and items for discussion must be submitted by Sunday October 16th.

Submissions must be in writing to secretary@open-morris.org.

Further information, including a draft agenda and notice of proposed motions, will be published four weeks in advance of the meeting.
