Crosskey Clog was formed in 1982 by a few ladies that used to dance with Poly Olbion in Northampton and danced as a all ladies side. Some years on we became a mixed side with the help of assorted husbands. We practice at Newborough Village Hall – see postcode – Tuesdays, 1930hrs, Sept-May, then we’re out and about, usually pubs and are always open to new dancers and musicians.
We dance tradition NW though some dances have been “modified” … plus dances that are self written but in traditional style. We do festivals, fetes, W.I.’s, galas etc etc,.
