The Open Morris AGM 2021

The 2021 Open Morris Annual General Meeting will take place at 2pm on Sunday November 21st, remotely via Zoom.

Attendance at the Zoom meeting is limited therefore you MUST register your intention to attend in advance.

Each Member Team may register up to three Zoom logins (two or more people sharing a Zoom login do not need to register separately). Individual and Life Members will also be able to attend. Members will be notified via email when registration opens.

Conor Smith has decided to step down as our Magazine Editor, and we would like to thank him for the work he has done putting Dancing On! together.

We are looking for nominations for the following roles: Magazine Editor, Publicity Co-ordinator, and East Midlands Area Representative, as they are currently vacant, and we’d love to hear of anyone who is interested in joining the team in those capacities. These posts are appointed by the committee and do not require formal nomination.  Please do get in touch if you would like any more information about the above roles.

Any Officer nominations for any committee posts must be proposed and seconded by two OM Members, one of which much be a Member side, and nominations must be submitted by the nominating Members. Anyone being nominated must be aware of and consent to their nomination.

Any Nominations, Proposals for Motions, or items for debate must be submitted by Sunday October 17th.

Submissions must be in writing to secretary@open-morris.org.

Further information, including a draft agenda and notice of proposed motions, will be published four weeks in advance of the meeting.
