All those who wish to attend the AGM must register.<\/p>\n
At Registration, a Voting Stick will be issued to each member eligible to vote.<\/p>\n
Free tea, coffee and biscuits will be available all day from 9.30 am<\/p>\n
Lunch will be provided free of charge by Fenstanton Morris on behalf of Open Morris.<\/p>\n
Vegetarian dishes will be available, Unfortunately Fenstanton are unable to provide allergen\/gluten-free options.\u00a0If this is likely to cause a problem for you or your Rep, please contact chair@open-morris.org<\/a>\u00a0as soon as possible and no later than Friday 17 November.<\/p>\n The workshop will be run by Gog Magog Molly, and is free of charge.\u00a0Only 24 places are available.\u00a0Friends and family including teenage children will be welcome if numbers permit, but\u00a0priority will be given to OM members.<\/p>\nDisabled access is available to all areas<\/h4>\n
