Open Morris AGM 2023

The 2023 AGM will be held remotely via Zoom on Sunday 19th November 2023, at 2pm.

Joining and voting at the meeting:
You must register in advance to attend the AGM. All Individual, Honorary and Life Members are entitled to attend, and we can offer 3 Zoom logins to each Member Team. The meeting will begin promptly at 2pm, but you will be able to log in from 1.30pm.

Voting will be conducted using our online system, as in previous years.

Registration and voting details will be made available to each member via email on November 5th. If you do not receive anything, please contact secretary@open-morris.org. If you would like to access the AGM but require technical help, please contact chair@open-morris.org.

Our Web Officer, Malcolm Hills, is not standing for re-election at this AGM, so we are looking for someone to take on the role. If you have WordPress experience, or are willing to learn, please get in touch to find out more, and we’ll be very happy to chat about the role. We are also looking for people to take on the positions of Magazine Editor, North East and East Midlands Area Representatives, and Archivist.
