Mind The Step are an Appalachian Step dance team based in Cheshire. We perform lively traditional Appalachian dancing in hard soled shoes with taps.
Appalachian dancing originates from traditional English, Irish and Scottish clogging and stepping styles as danced by the immigrants who settled in the Appalachian Mountains in North America.
We meet at 7.30pm on Sunday evenings and perform at local events/music festivals
